With a background in interior design, a lifelong interest in architecture, and an appreciation for landscaping, I pride myself in helping purchasers envision the perfect home for themselves, as well as advising sellers on how to bring out all that is appealing about their property.
When I work with purchasers, I go out of my way to give them as much information as possible about the properties they are viewing. I point out both the pros and cons in order to act as an advocate on their behalf, so that they feel comfortable relying on my advice.
When I work with sellers, I try to combine optimism with realism in regard to what kind of response they can expect from potential purchasers, and what they can do in order to help their home make the best possible impression.
Most importantly, I understand that once a deal is in contract, there's lots of work that still needs to be done. I give purchasers and sellers top priority from start to finish.
Ultimately, my goal is to make a valuable contribution to the neighborhood where I work and live, and to form positive relationships with everyone who I come in contact with.
I've lived in the Greater Forest Hills area for 30 years. I settled here because there's no other neighborhood throughout all of Greater New City that so perfectly combines the best of the city and the suburbs. It has a great mix of tudor, art deco, and 1950's/1960's modern architecture. Forest Hills is at once both cozy and panoramic. The location is ideal, with easy access to everywhere from Times Square to Jones Beach to the Bronx Zoo to the Brooklyn Museum....Forest Hills is truly the heart of it all!
My love for this unique area is why I wake up every morning and can't wait to go to work.
