Sharon Byrne has been the top residential and new construction Real Estate Agent in the Capital District and Saratoga Springs for over two decades. Sharon was raised downstate and graduated from St. John's University with a BA in English and a minor in Education and Psychology. Her master's and doctoral credits were earned at Hofstra University, Temple University and the University of Buffalo as a Read Specialist in the field of Special Education. In 1970, Sharon and her husband Jim settled in Saratoga Springs and Jim opened his practice as an Orthodontist. Sharon has six children and fourteen grandchildren. Sharon's early passion for restored homes developed into an amazing real estate career, helping other people find their dream homes. For the past 30 years, Sharon has worked closely with several of the largest custom builders in the area. She divides her time between working with clients moving in and out of existing houses, and helping clients build their new dream home. Among the many awards that Sharon has won over the years, she is proud to have achieved these awards consistently every year: Howard Hanna's President's Council and Platinum Award, Top Branch Producer, New Construction Agent of the year and Residential Resale of the Agent of the Year.
