Hi my name is Jessica Shepard. I have resided in Oswego County since birth. I graduated from Cayuga Community College in 2008 with an Associate degree in Criminal Justice and went on to graduate from SUNY Oswego in 2010 with a Bachelor degree in Public Justice. I have worked for a non-profit agency for the past 8 years. I have 3 boys ages 19, 15, and 10 who are constantly keeping me on my toes. I enjoy camping in the summer and traveling to warm places when its cold in New York!
