For nineteen years Hilda has been a full-time Realtor in Ithaca and the Finger Lakes region and a Top Producer consistently in the top 10% of the Ithaca Board of Realtors. An excellent listener and negotiator, she is enthusiastic, creative, patient, kind, and rolls up her sleeves to prepare listings, and stage, coordinate, negotiate, and compete on behalf of her clients to a level of excellence. She has a commitment to continuing education in the field of real estate in order to be the highest level professional possible - Hilda holds four real estate designations: GRI, SRES, ABR, and e-Pro. She is a certified Feng Shui consultant as well, and thoroughly enjoys the process of helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Originally from New York State, Hilda speaks Spanish and French fluently, has lived on three continents and traveled extensively. She lived in Chile as an exchange student in 1981, completed a Fulbright to Bordeaux, France, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 1999 Hilda made a deliberate choice to relocate to Ithaca with her daughter, drawn by the character and beauty of Ithaca and the Finger Lakes.

In her spare time, Hilda pursues creative endeavors of all sorts, in particular photography, writing, traveling, and making things with her hands. Time in the garden is a must! Every year she discovers more of the best things to love about the Finger Lakes area.
