After 18 years in the National Accounts sales section of the construction materials industry, I decided that traveling was no longer fun. It was my wife who asked if I would be interested in beginning a career in real estate. I began to take the required classes and joined a small brokerage and got hooked. It took only a short time in the small brokerage for me to realize that I needed training, so I joined a company that offered just that. After some quick learning I found out that I was best suited to aid other agents to succeed in their own careers so I became a new homes division leader. The responsibilities of this position were to work with my agents and different developers to increase the sales of the new homes and condominiums that were being constructed. My team performed exceptionally well and consistently finished each sales year at the top of the division. My wife and 4 children made a family decision, for family reasons, to move to Lima, Ohio in 2010. I joined a firm and soon became the head training officer. In 2012 I was honored to be invited to become the Regional Manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty. It is my mission to help agents become the best professionals that they can be, as-well-as to continue to be the best for my clients.
