James is a Retired United States Marine who served our country for 23 years and has decided to come home to the Ohio Valley and serve the community he grew up in. While traveling around the world, James purchased and sold multiple personal homes. While serving in the Marines he was responsible for mentoring young Marines with new families in responsible financing as a Command Financial Specialist which included home& car buying, investing, and general finical matters. Because of these experiences James realized he enjoyed the adventure of home buying & selling and a newfound passion for real estate. James graduated from Indian Creek in 1996 and joined the Marine Corps. While in the Marines he attended University of Maryland University College (UMUC) for a Business Management Degree, James has also completed many other professional leadership development courses including Lean Six Sigma, Command Financial Specialist, Instructional Delivery Continuum (IDC), and Journeyman Instructor Training (JIT). James most recently completed his real estate classes through Eastern Gateway Community College to obtain his Ohio State Real Estate License. James looks at home selling & buying as an adventure and will strive to make your adventure one to remember! He is working out of the Wintersville office location.
