Throughout the years, the Southeastern Oklahoma Association of Realtors presented me with many Awards, including the "Realtor of the Year" twice in 5 years. I have served as the State Director for our Association and held the position of President, Vice-President, Officer, Director and Chair for various Committees. I also achieved the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, which is the highest Designation awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both; experience and education. As a CRS Designee, I have enhanced skills and abilities to continue to provide the best service and professionalism to customers and clients. C. I am bilingual in German and English, enjoy people and thrive on challenges! I am energetic, detailed, outgoing, straight to the point, possess excellent people skills and strong problem solving skills. I take a problem as a positive challenge and succeed in bring transactions to closing in a timely manner and to all parties' satisfaction.
