Dyan Lane joined DeAnna over 13 years ago to enhance the level of service provided for their clients. She comes from a strong, diverse customer service background and eagerly takes on challenges found throughout the real estate buying and selling process.

For ten consecutive years they have been recipients of the distinguished TOP 1% AWARD from John L. Scott who recognizes a select group of agents within Oregon and SW Washington. They closed over 51 million in 2019. That same year, the John L Scott company closed over 900 million - twice that of the closest competitor. In 2020, DeAnna and Dyan closed over 47.5 million and out produced any other Broker and Broker team in the Ashland John L Scott office. In 2021, they closed an astonishing 77.6 million in volume. DeAnna and Dyan enjoy working with both Buyers and Sellers and over the course of their careers, have represented over 1,000 clients in their purchase and/or sale.
There are several things that separate their partnership from others in the industry. DeAnna and Dyan both work full time and they genuinely love what they do.
