- Owned and operated a successful construction company with 10 employees from 2000-2006 with a focus on swimming pool installation in the summer and home renovations in the winter.
- Started investing in real estate and purchased 1st renovation project/ flip property which consisted of an 18,000 square foot Hotel/ Restaurant/ bar with 30 hotel rooms, 80 seat bar, and 100 seat restaurant in Bangor PA. This property was renovated by our construction company along with additional partners and took approximately 4 months to renovate followed by the grand opening in May of 2008. The property was flipped and sold in 2010 after a successful renovation and rebuilding of the client list and food venue.
- In 2009, I purchased my 1st residential investment property at 1104 Liberty St. in Allentown and held it as a rental.
- In late 2009, I became a licensed real estate salesperson and began selling real estate with a focus on investment properties including flips, rentals, multi-family, and commercial mixed-use space.
