My name is Karla Ramos. Im a wife and a mother. I love my coffee and family time! Im originally from sunny southern California - my husband and I relocated to the Pittsburgh area 11 years ago. I quickly fell in love with the people, their friendliness, the four seasons, and the gorgeous autumn colors.
My husband and I wanted to find our forever home for our growing family and after many moves, after selling and buying properties multiple times, we finally made Cranberry Township our nest! We now have three very active beautiful children and many friends to call family.

Real Estate is not something new to me as I have been an active Buyer and Seller for many years. Some may say too many! Ive learned so much along the way, from the smooth sailing transactions, two new-construction experiences, to the three different Under Contract buyers for the same house that FINALLY sold after 7 months! True story!
Having gone through all those buying and selling experiences, the biggest difference-maker came down to one person- My agent! She was always there for me. She always had the answers to our never-ending questions and was always there to fight for us. That was inspiring!
So why did I become a Real Estate Agent? Well, if the above wasnt enough, here is the icing on top.
Seeing my agents passion and dedication for her work, as well as both sharing the same work ethics, I believed in my heart that I could also help others as she did in making one of the most gratifying moments in someones life come true. Plus, my husband always said I was good at staying on top of the legal aspects of this type of transactions, going over our contracts, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks.
Ive always had the gift of communicating well with others. And of course...I love talking to new people and making friends! So my decision to become a real estate agent was simple- I realized that I have a gift in wanting to help others and Id love to use it to make a difference in someones life.
