Real Estate was a dream of mine for over 20 years. I finally took the step 11 years ago to make it happen and Im so glad I did.
Now here I am an Associate Broker in Perry Wellington Realtys Johnstown office. I work with Buyers and Sellers in Cambria and Somerset Counties. I love the fact I can help a first time home buyer find the home they have dreamed of and also help a seller move on and sell the home they love so much. It warms my heart to know when my client closes on a property I have done my best to help them in their life changing move.
I have served my Cambria Somerset Associations of Realtors Board of Directors as Secretary 2015-2018, President Elect 2018 and as President 2020-2021.
At the state level I am currently serving my 6th year as a PAR Board of Director, 4th year on Legislative Committee and 2021-2023 NAR Director.
A lifelong resident of Conemaugh Township, Somerset County, I have served my community as Secretary of the Conemaugh Township Planning Commission, Meals on Wheels and as my church Treasurer for 26 years. As a Rotarian I formed and managed a team of sewers to produce over 3,000 fabric masks for our local nursing homes and hospitals in the early days of the Covid 19 pandemic.
