Ive lived in the Lake Wallenpaupack area all my life. I was co-owner of our family business Ehrhardts Waterfront Resort on Lake Wallenpaupack for over 30 years. After successfully selling the business and working with the new owners in transition, I decided to renew my real estate license and join the premier real estate team in the area at Davis R Chant in June of 2017.
Im a graduate of Cornell Universitys School of Hotel Administration and following a few years with Marriott I returned to our family business where I was the President and General Manager. In addition to my extensive business background I am very involved in our community as a Palmyra Township Supervisor; Board of Directors of Lake Wallenpaupack Watershed Management District; Chairman of the Board of the Pocono Mountain Visitors Bureau to name a few. My wife Sue and I are proud parents/grandparents of three grown children and a grandson.
My experience and background has enabled me to easily transition into my new career in real estate. I really love the real estate business. I pride myself on professionalism, integrity and honesty. Having been in the hospitality business I am a people person. I am very conscious that real estate transactions, for most people, are the largest, most important sales or purchases of their lives and can have a significant positive impact on their finances and quality of life. Whether my client is a buyer or seller I work very hard and diligently to make sure they get have the best possible experience and outcome.
