From the young age of 19, Nathan was licensed as a Realtor and began work in the Property Management Division of real estate where he learned dedication, organization, and the importance of communication with clients. Nathan excels in negotiation and client relations and is creative in his approach to real estate. Nathan truly loves Erie County and is a champion to help improve real estate values and better market conditions by giving sound advice to both home buyers and investors. He is never too busy to take a call and always follows up to ensure a happy client.
Samanthas real estate career began when she was 20 years old working in an appraisal office as an office manager who typed appraisals for a well established and knowledgeable local appraiser. She was able learn the ins and outs of how homes are valued, the different components that effect value, client relations, and organizational skills. When the appraisal office took on agents from a local brokerage that was closing its doors, Samantha decided to jump on board and get her real estate license with the assistance of her then boss. Learning the appraisal background first aided her in her early success as a Realtor. In 2017 Samantha decided to pursue real estate sales full time, but she implements her knowledge of real estate valuation, that she was privy to over the years, in her daily work as a Realtor.
Both Samantha & Nathan are very dedicated to their work and have implemented a team by which to market homes more effectively via professional photography and videography (including drone work) from a collaboration with B. Creative/. Photography, as well as a large following on social media utilized to market your home to a large area market. They believe that selling your home goes beyond just putting a sign in the yard and entering your home in the local MLS. As a buyer you can expect to be kept informed during the entire process, given advice and suggestions when needed, and to have the resources necessary to get the job done right.
