As a leading realtor in this area for over 25 years, I believe it's the little things like availability, responsiveness and follow through that make all the difference to my clients. Over the years, selling and buying a house has become increasingly complex. I am known for persevering through challenging problems such as managing a sale of a vacant home during the aftermath of an ice storm, understanding intricate financial issues and appraisals, strategic pricing, negotiating and keeping transactions on track. I have also been fortunate to be able to combine my passion for houses and horses and help clients buy and sell farms. The skills I learned on those complex transactions are now applied across all of my work in condominiums, houses and estates. As an Acton resident for over 30 years, my children were able to go to school there and my family has lived in Concord for the last three generations, thus providing me with a long term perspective and network within the surrounding towns. My background with IBM has enabled me to embrace the technology needed to build an effective web-based service for my clients I can honestly say that I love what I do and look forward to helping more people in what can be the biggest move they make.
