As a resident of the Upstate for nearly 30 years, Julie feels at ease educating her clients of all the Upstate has to offer. After two decades of experience in the insurance industry, she felt it was time to follow her passion of helping others with their most important investment, buying and selling a home. Now in her 10th year of real estate, Julie takes pride in campaigning for Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels and United Way; having served as a chair member for several years and participating in Hands on Greenville Days. She chairs the office sponsorship of Christmas for the Kids year over year along with chairing the book drive for the Greenville Literacy Association. While not chasing your dream home, she enjoys playing pickleball and is a proud, dedicated yogini. She and her husband Scott enjoy riding bikes on the Swamp Rabbit Trail and occasionally Julie can be found as a passenger of his motorcycle. They love spending time with their 2 dogs, Lily and Abby. As a proud rescue dog mom, Julie can now fully appreciate the stress of relocating puppies into a home (and keeping it clean!)
