I get so much enjoyment from one spectrum of the market to the next: from helping first-time buyers secure a home, to assisting vets and spouses of vets to take advantage of their home purchase benefits, to helping seniors downsize into more manageable homes or relocate out of state. I worked for over 14 years with the Postal Service in various positions handling training, budget, contracts management, and administrative supervisory positions. Co-workers that have retired continue to use me for knowledge to assist others with their real estate needs, and by sending potential home buyers and sellers to me as their preferred Realtor. During my career I have assisted buyers and sellers from a wide spectrum of occupations, such as: former appraisers, insurance representatives, military personnel, doctors, nurses, teachers, and many state, federal, and retired individuals.
