Norm MacDonald is a graduate of Furman University and holds his MBA from Clemson University / Furman University dual program. He spent many years in the Corporate World with Bell South Marketing, and then Management with Hartness International. He began his real estate career with the Cliffs, then moved to the C. Dan Joyner Company in 2006. He brings his diligence and patience to the business and clients.
His wife, Phyllis began her real estate career in 1979 where she worked as a residential agent with US Shelter Corporation. Then worked for many years in advertising sales. She joined Norm with C Dan Joyner in 2007. She brings her passion for excellence to the business. Together they raised a family and now are raising their business.
Jon MacDonald, Norm and Phyllis' son is a graduate of Riverside High and Furman University where he played football and ran track. After 9 years at Enterprise he decided to bring his service and management skills to join his parents in real estate. When he's not selling real estate, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
New to our team in 2017 is Josh Moore. A native of the Upstate, Josh was born and raised in Greenville, SC. After attending Blue Ridge High School, Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. His favorite part of real estate is having the opportunity to help people achieve their goals and dreams every day.
In 2019 we added Danielle Porter & Alicia Fligg.
In 2010, Danielle decided to leave the Northeast and moved to Upstate SC. She has personally bought and sold a few houses since moving to the Upstate and understand how the process can seem intimidating, but it's also very exciting! She loves the opportunity it provides to develop relationships with people and help achieve their goals. She has taken the leap into this real estate world and is so glad she did!
Alicia relocated to Greenville, South Carolina in 2011. With her degree and natural inclination to serve others, she began a career in sales at Enterprise before switching into the corporate recruiting world. She partners with her clients to guide them in the process of buying or selling their home with the simple promise that we will make you my priority and work diligently to exceed your expectations.
