Adam graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BS degree in management. He obtained his real estate license in 2004 and began his career at a Re/Max office in Columbia, SC. One year later, he was offered a management position at this office. In 2011, Adam purchased the franchise and became the Broker/Owner. He took Re/Max Professionals from third in the market to first, quickly establishing himself as one of the top recruiters in the Re/Max Carolinas Region.

After becoming one of the top sales agents in Florence, Adam saw the need to form a team to better serve his clients. The addition of agents and support staff have created a better work/life balance for the entire team. In 2021, Adam took his team of agents, Crosson & Co., to real estate's fastest growing brokerage, eXp Realty. Adam says, Family always comes first. When you are selling a lot of volume and transactions, real estate becomes a demanding and sometimes stressful gig. It is important to me that our team finds that work/life balance. Having systems in place and phenomenal staff support enables our agents to give the absolute best service to our clients, and also allows time for personal development and family. My goal is to create a work environment where our team is excited to come to work everyday. To work hard, but also have fun.
