Tammy has been in the Upstate of South Carolina for over 30 years and has practiced real estate for 2 decades. Her business partner, Scott, is also her husband. They founded their Real Estate team, The Clever People LLC, in 2009 and have been helping people buy and sell real estate together since that time.
Having attended school and purchased multiple homes in the Upstate, Tammy is familiar with the different lifestyle experiences found in a variety of communities. From Greenville to Clemson to Anderson to Lake Hartwell, Tammy has found an incredible community and become an expert on the real estate economy found in our primary counties: Abbeville, Anderson, Greenville, Greenwood, Oconee, Pickens and Spartanburg. Unlike other areas of the country, the geography of the Upstate and limited traffic make it easy for people to explore and enjoy many areas without feeling "restricted" to a single town or city.
Tammy and her husband are also avid investors and lake lovers and own a second home on Lake Hartwell, which they use for their family and as a short term rental property. Tammy and Scott have 3 adult children, who live in the Upstate as well as her (favorite) "child" - Sage, the beloved family dog. She was a rescue from P.A.W.S animal shelter and perfectly completes their family.
When Tammy is not selling real estate, she and her husband enjoy the incredible food scene in South Carolina. As a self-proclaimed foodie, Tammy can help you navigate your way to the best fare of your choice. She is also an RYT-200 (registered yoga teacher).
