Julie is an agent with Keller Williams Realty Black Hills, and began her career in March of 2015. She saw success in her first year in the business, having been awarded the Keller Williams Rock Star award for her performance in October, 2015. Prior to real estate, she spent the majority of her professional life in the accounting field, as well as operating a successful direct sales business. She is a member of the Black Hills Board of REALTORS, the South Dakota Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.
Julie is a South Dakota native, and grew up on a farm near Freeman, SD. She met her husband, Dan, while performing together at the Miss South Dakota Pageant in 1988, and they have been singing together ever since. They have three daughters, two son-in-laws, and will have a total of 4 precious grandchildren by the summer of 2016. Dan is a Worship Pastor at the Open Bible Christian Center in Rapid City, and Julie uses her vocal talents as a member of his worship team. Ministry has given them the opportunity to live in various parts of the country, but without a doubt, South Dakota has always been home.
Becoming a real estate agent was the perfect career to combine her accounting and people skills, along with her desire to serve others.
