Eric is a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and is a graduate of East Ridge High School. He began his career at early age in the retail sales industry, owning his own John Deere dealership. He began his career in real estate as a home inspector, inspecting hundreds of homes in Tennessee and Georgia. He has always had an eye for detail that was appreciated by all of his clients. He brings his devotion to customer service to his role as a licensed agent with his desire and ability to handle every transaction as seamlessly and hassle free as possible, assisting with both residential and commercial sales. In the last few years, Eric has been putting together his own crew so that he can effectively buy and flip houses in the Chattanooga area, last year alone he was able to flip 77.
Eric has many hobbies and interests, ranging from cars to competing against his two daughters for who can hold their breath the longest underwater or make the biggest splash! He has a huge heart and that shows in every transaction he is a part of.
