Todd Liverman

Todd grew up in Brady, Texas. He has lived in Leander, Liberty Hill and the Austin area. He also lived a large part of lis life in Lampasas, TX, where his 3 daughters lived and graduated school there. He has managed ranches and deer leases and is very knowledgeable in those areas. Todd is a member of Keller Williams Land Division and focuses on Texas Ranches. He also carries the GRI Designation.

In 2014, Mary Ann and Todd formed The Liverman Team, a husband and wife team.

Mary Ann has lived in Kingsland and Sunrise Beach area since 1965. She can offer her expertise of Lake LBJ and surrounding areas. She has seen first hand the changing of the lake area, from riding the ferry across the lake, which now has the 2900 bridge, to the flooding and changing depths of the Llano arm of Lake LBJ. She has been a Real Estate Agent since 2003.

She is known as the Lake LBJ Waterfront Specialist.

Mary Ann attended and graduated Llano High School, as well as her two sons.

Her designations include GRI, e-Pro, RSPS and CLHMS and she has been a 4 time Bronze Medal Winner.

Together they are members of the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, Central Hill Country Board of Realtors, NAR, TAR and WCR. They are also members of the Luxury Division of Keller Williams, KW Land and KW Commercial. They have Bronze, Silver, Gold and Double Gold Medals with Keller Williams.
