Seth Thompson is a Texas Native with an extensive background in the Austin Real Estate community. Originally from the Dallas area, Austin became home in 2007 and where he began his real estate career, quickly becoming a top producing agent and dedicating time to training other agents. By 2012, Seth transitioned to the role as Sales Director and Broker with HomeCity Real Estate. He was instrumental in growing the team of agents exponentially while overseeing 1,000+ transactions annually. Prior to Kuper Sothebys International Realty he owned and operated a boutique brokerage for 3 years. Seth joined the #1 producing team at Kuper Sothebys, The Lewis Group, in 2022. Outside of work Seth enjoys traveling the globe with his wife, Josie. Some of their favorite past times include enjoying as much live music as possible and exploring the Hill Country. The continual growth and transformation of the Austin metro area lends itself to many great local places to also experience. Seth holds a B.S in Finance and is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Seth was the President of the Austin Young Real Estate Professionals in 2014, a graduate of the Texas REALTORS Leadership Program and holds the following professional designations: Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE)
