Since 1970 my family has had a business here in East Texas. My dad had six convenient stores and two car washes. Growing up, my parents made sure my siblings and I understood the customer is the reason we have a business. I have a varied work experience: concrete work, contractor tool rental, of course retail, and 19 years as a teacher in corrections. Every real estate transaction is different. Anyone who tells you they've seen it all is lying. I have helped many buyers and sellers with land, home, or commercial transactions. After 16 years of selling I am definitely still learning, although I have learned to anticipate a lot of things the novice buyer or seller may not think about. There is something very gratifying after helping a buyer or seller.
