As owner of Armstrong Properties, Jessica brings a fresh approach to the former company Caperton Properties. Moving from agent, under Mark Caperton, to partner, and now to sole owner, Jessica has acquired volumes of experience in her 10+ years in the real estate business. Her expertise in all phases of real estate transactions, along with her earned management skills from Texas A&M provide solid credentials to operate and manage Armstrong Properties. Working for Burleson County Title Co. during her college and high school years, Jessica developed a great background and knowledge base needed to work with real property documents and real estate transactions. At Texas A&M University, Jessica served as Fund Raising Chair of Phi Beta Lambda business fraternity, organizing and implementing the city-wide distribution in Bryan/College Station of 40,000 Verizon phone books involving 250 students. This event was deemed the most efficient fundraiser for the fraternity to date, finishing the project in record time. A native of the Burleson/Lee county area, and a current member of the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce, Rainbow Room Director, and an annual participant in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure Cancer walk, Jessica is committed to offering the best in real estate services for Burleson, Brazos, and surrounding counties.
