I grew up on a ranch in South Texas where I learned how to raise cattle, hunt and fish. My parents were real estate brokers and investors in the area and by happenstance I learned at a young age how to manage property and rehab residences, luck of the draw I guess. In 1993, I graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in finance with a real estate concentration. Upon graduation, I worked as a residential property appraiser in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In 1994 I moved to Puerto Rico, where I learned to speak Spanish. Although I may be a little rusty these days, I still speak Spanish fluently. Since 2001, I have been a real estate analyst working primarily in Central Texas, however, I have worked in approximately 40 counties in Texas. In 2012 Randy Williams and I decided to take our expertise into the real estate sales arena and started Williams McNeill Realty. My goal is to help all of our clients get the best value on their property, and to build a lasting relationship so you know who to turn to as your real estate professional.
