A west Texas native, Teri came to Austin in 1990 to attend the University of Texas where she fell in love with the city and stayed. Residing in 13 different zip codes in Austin, Teri has a unique appreciation for all areas of Austin and what they have to offer. After a successful career in the legal field and a paralegal and legal administrator, the switch to real estate full time was a natural fit. Teri has been involved in the sale of real estate and with new construction since 1996 and supervised the commercial remodel of a downtown high rise. She has a personal portfolio of fix/flip, buy/hold and short term rental properties and offers consultation, education and investment property strategy planning and implementation for clients. Another passion is the sale of raw land. Teri has much experience in the purchase and sale of farm and ranch properties from far west near the border of Texas to the central Texas area. Currently, Teri is overseeing a development project in Colorado. Real estate is a vehicle for anyone to begin a legacy with and Teri's goal is to help each client not only own a home, but to show clients how to continue to build a legacy for their loved ones through real estate endeavors and to protect those investments.
