During her 15+ years at Xerox, Shannon's drive and determination led her to excel in various roles, including Sales, Business Development, and Territory Management. Her exceptional performance earned her recognition as a consistent top sales performer and multi-year Presidents Club Winner. Her commitment to excellence led her to be selected for the prestigious Xerox Management Program and participation in the Xerox Six Sigma Program, showcasing her dedication to continuous improvement and delivering the best results for her clients.
Shannon's professional growth didn't stop there. In 2020, Shannon made the seamless transition to real estate, becoming a licensed realtor. Growing up in Coppell, Texas, she has watched her small town go from 3000 and boom into a small suburb of 40,000+ residents. In 2010 Shannon moved to Frisco, Texas where she remains today.
In her personal time, Shannon loves to spend time with her family and friends, having some good ole Barbeque by the pool. Shannon also participates in the local Chi Omega Alumni Association and cheers on the TCU Horned Frogs athletic teams. Giving back to her community is also important to Shannon. She actively serves as a Board Member for Friends of The Colony Animal Services, an organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness for municipal shelter pets in The Colony, Texas.
