First of all, I LOVE what I do! Ive been a full-time REALTOR since 2005. My wife and I moved to Albuquerque NM, June 2005 and thats where I started my passion for helping families with their decision when buying or selling. I was a Full-Time Realtor at Re/Max Elite for 6 yrs and then a Full-Time sales representative for D.R. Horton Homes for 4 yrs. While in Albuquerque, we were blessed with 2 little healthy boys.....thank you GOD!!! After that, we moved to San Antonio to be closer to my wifes family in Laredo, TX. Ive been impressing families in SA with my real estate knowledge for over 4 yrs now. My belief is, in order to not lose a client, GIVE them all you have, day and night! Give me a shot and test me! I became an affiliate (2017) with "Homes for Heroes". This program is the best!! It allows me to give back to the heroes in the community like, Fire Fighters, Law Enforcement, Military, Teachers and Healthcare. I give you a huge portion of my commissions at your closing, and as a bonus, I donate another portion of my commissions to the Homes for Heroes Foundation in the your name to help distressed Heroes who have housing issues, it feels good!! If you are considering selling or buying, I hope you would consider me as your real estate advisor. Thank you, Kit Preston REALTOR SINCE 2005
