HIRSCHI REALTORS in WICHITA FALLS
View active listings.

Born and raised in Wichita Falls, Real Estate comes naturally to Lee as her father was long time Real Estate broker Doc Anderson, whose career spanned 44 years with Hirschi Realtors. Lee has practically been in sales her entire life as she was given many life lessons about the service industry, beginning at a young age, by her father. Doc taught her to answer the phone ANDERSON RESIDENCE, THIS IS LEE. HOW MAY I HELP YOU?

Throughout her lifetime, Lee has held a variety of jobs, beginning with a stint delivering Real Estate flyers door-to-door at age 8. By age 14, she was more determined and, by her own volition, rode her bike to a local bank to apply for a job. The bank held her at bay until she was of age to legally work (age 15). Lee was a receptionist, relief teller, bookkeeping assistant and general flunky at the neighborhood bank. Any task requested was considered another level of learning, and she quickly realized the keen ability of how to be a productive worker. She held many a babysitting job and also did window washing for additional income. After graduating from Wichita Falls High School, Lee attended and graduated from the University of Texas in 1985 with a Business degree. Lee is a proud UT alum and enjoys UT football and the Austin backdrop. While in school, Lee worked 3 jobs simultaneously as a teaching assistant at the University, as a runner at a downtown Austin bank, and as a custom designer knitting sweaters for a local upscale weaving store. One of her claims to fame is her ability to knit a sweater in less than 4 hours. Before leaving Austin, her Dad insisted she take the State of Texas Real Estate exam in hopes of obtaining her real estate license. Lee passed the exam, obtained her license, and then moved to Dallas where she pursued a profession in banking for 18 years. She was an Assistant Vice President of an independent bank managing Loan Operations (credit/collateral/loan departments). While a banker, Lee handled the financial side of real estate transactions. "Being on the other side of a real estate transaction has really proven to be a wonderful benefit to my clients. The home buying process can be extensive from the house-hunting to the mortgage loan to the moving process. It can also sometimes be intimidating. Thats where my knowledge base comes in handy. With my experience and determination, I strive to make it simple and enjoyable. Connecting my clients with the appropriate home for their needs, as well as the professionals to assist them in the process, is of the utmost importance. My dad taught me to work hard, enjoy what I do and make the most of each experience. I am forever grateful for my parents and the guidance they provided to me. In every transaction, I am able to learn a lesson. I work hard, and work smart, in putting those lessons learned to use.

Lee and her family moved back to Wichita Falls in 2003. They have enjoyed reacquainting with old friends and meeting new friends throughout the community. Wichita Falls is a wonderful environment to live in as it has everything one needs but still has the charm of a smaller city. Lee is an active member of her church, and can be found out and about in the community in the midst of her family and her kid's activities. In a nutshell, Lee is a true people person and says her greatest gift in life is being a mom to Janie, Will and John.

Having grown up in Wichita Falls, Lee has seen the active growth and development of our city. "Our home is our most important investment and is the center of family activities. The value of having your family comfortably settled into a home that fills their desires is priceless."

Lee is a worker-bee and is ready and willing to assist you in any of your residential or commercial real estate needs.
