Allison is proud to have called North Texas home since 1982, where she sharpened her future real estate skills showing Southfork Ranch to her many out-of-town guests. She has witnessed first-hand the exciting and exponential growth of Dallas and the surrounding areas. Working hand-in-hand with clients and keeping a close eye on market data, Allison understands what it takes to be competitive in this region.
Allison earned her BBA in Marketing (and her stellar dance moves) from Texas Tech University. She honed her marketing and management skills, while becoming a personal relocation expert, at AT&T working in Operations, Marketing and Human Resources. Adventure called and Allison opened her passport and her business A. Patrick & Associates, LLC., where she planned and executed corporate events across the globe. Having worked closely with C-Level executives on events ranging from 10 - 70,000 attendees, she is well-versed in operating in high-stakes, high-stress situations.
Allison is thrilled to be back to her roots guiding clients on their own real estate adventures, specializing in the North Dallas suburbs. As someone who purchased her first home early in her career, she understands the long-term benefits of real estate investment and has surrounded herself with a team of experts dedicated to making that dream come true for her clients.
On any given day, you may find Allison in her hometown of McKinney, TX facing her fears on the improv stage at The Comedy Arena, peeling potatoes for the food insecure at Community Garden Kitchen or learning how to be a new mom to her pup, Big Papi.
