Welcome to my Austin Real Estate page! For those of you that dont know me, Im a dedicated Dad, Coach, and active Four Points Community member who happens to be passionate about Real Estate! My background stems from 10 years in the Restaurant Industry, 5 years in the Professional Staffing Industry, 6 years working for a Luxury Homebuilder, and have been working exclusively as a Licensed Realtor since 2009. Although Real Estate is my passion I am not a Real Estate hobbyist; I have made it my career and enjoy all aspects of marketing, selling, networking, and buying real estate! I have personally designed and built an amazing highly customized Lake Austin residence. Stemming from my years in New Home Sales and Construction I am adept at navigating through the myriad of decisions encountered when bringing a two dimensional plan into a 3 dimensional dream home. There are many people involved in a typical Real Estate transaction and that number swells when building. Having a strong communicator that enjoys finding collaborative solutions to challenges and obstacles along the way will make it as pleasant an experience as possible for ALL involved. I have marketed and sold homes from 150,000 to over 3 million dollars in value and truly enjoy the entire process from assisting the homeowners in preparing a home for sale to staging and photography to creating attention grabbing flyers, virtual tours, videos and other digital & social media to help drive traffic to provide the greatest return within the shortest period of time. Now on the flip side I LOVE helping clients find the perfect place to make memories too! There are always specific desires, wants, and needs that a homebuyer looks to achieve. I strive to give my clients the timely attention that they deserve.
