My name is Roman Lopez and I am the owner of The Roman Lopez Real Estate Team. I have worked and excelled in the real estate business in Austin, TX for the last 6 years. During this time, I personally have sold over 350 homes all over the Greater Austin area, and this number is growing fast! I am a full-time realtor and I am a listing specialist, working exclusively with sellers. Prior to getting my real estate license, I worked as a new home sales counselor for KB Home where I excelled as a Lead Area Sales Representative, training and mentoring new sales counselors for the Central Texas Division of KB Home. I was recognized as the Central Texas Rookie of the Year my first year. I then decided to take my talents to the resale market and obtained my real estate license to start my own business. I decided to join the powerhouse that is Keller Williams. My first year I again was named 2012 Rookie of the Year for Keller Williams Realty-Austin, TX. I have been mentioned on the Austin Business Journal as a Top 25 Latino Real Estate Agent of Austin, TX and Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agent in the US for both 2013 and 2014. My non-real estate education comes from the University of Texas at Austin where I attended as a Government major. I got my real estate education at the Austin Institute of Real Estate. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert who can be a great resource in helping clients avoid possible foreclosure. I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert who can negotiate at the highest level on your behalf.
