Ethics: I am one of the few practitioners of single agency in El Pasomeaning I represent only one party (buyer or seller but never both) in a real estate transaction. When a real estate agent in the State of Texas represents both parties in the same transaction, Texas law prohibits the agent from providing any advice or opinions to either party. It is each client's decision as to how they will be represented in a real estate transaction and it is every REALTOR'S duty to inform the client or customer of the choices available to them. My practice of single agency ensures that you will always be represented in the most effective and ethical manner possible that safeguards your interests.

My Duties to You as a Buyer's Agent:
I am responsible to inform you of the market value of any property you are interested in. That includes completing an accurate market analysis for you indicating what the true market value is on the property as well as negotiating strategies involved in the process. While the focus of many agents is on earning a commission, my focus is on working for my client and what benefits their interests.
My Duties to You as a Seller's Agent:
When I list Your Home for sale, I will represent you solely as a Seller's Agent throughout the entire transaction. All my loyalties, responsibilities and obligations are to you, the Seller. My knowledge of the market will benefit you. In both 2018 and 2019, my listings have sold for 99% of their list price. Pricing a home correctly is the single most important factor to bring about a sale in the El Paso Real Estate Market.
