Previous the Broker/owner of Goehrs Properties; a Lake Livingston based residential real estate brokerage is one of the largest agencies in the Lake Livingston Area serving 24 years.
She currently holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRB (The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institution) and an e-Pro Designation in technology. Susan has been specializing in the Lake Livingston area real estate for over 15 years.
Susan also holds a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist Certification, , Accredited Luxury Home Specialist Certification, and Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification.
Susan has actively been involved in the San Jacinto County community affairs since 1984. She has served as past president to the San Jacinto County Women's League, She currently severs as a member of the HAR PAAL (Political Affairs Advisory Leadership). The mission of the PAAL Leadership is to protect consumer property rights.
Susan has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Sam Houston State University.
