If you are looking for a very professional, aggressive, competent Real Estate Agent, Russ Klein is the agent you need. Our family was being transferred to Virginia from Utah with the Army so we decided to sell our home and duplex. I interviewed a total of six real estate agents, four from different agencies and two from Coldwell Banker. Of the six, Russ presented the most comprehensive and easiest to understand CMA. Russ also had the best, easy-going, professional attitude of all of them.
He listed our house for the average sold price for our area and the house sold in three days. We have had many people ask if the house had been listed too low. Our answer is promptly, 'No'.
