Kim was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah and can speak both English and Vietnamese. She has a family of five. Two little boys, a dog, and her supportive husband. She was a professional who enjoyed her work and loved to make a difference in her career, but deep down she was torn between continuing with her job and staying home to raise her family. After much consideration, she decided to make it a point to focus on her career but spend more quality time with her children. This way, she would get the best of both worlds; being able to maintain her career and balancing family time. She eventually became an exemplary stay-at-home mom, who made a living by working around her children's needs and activities. She found a way to manage both work and home life in an organized and balanced manner.
Kim started working in the Residential Industry in 2015 and became a Property Manager managing a 239-unit Community and a 274-unit Community with the addition of being a Forward Coach. She now currently works full-time as a Seller/Buyer Representative in Real Estate. Kim was dedicated to furthering her career and knowledge for the benefit of her clients. She saw that earning the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designations would not only give her an edge in the real estate market, but also allow her to become a more competent and understanding professional for her clients. Her passion for client service is truly inspiring as Kim has made it her mission to provide such an amazing experience for her clients by either buying or selling their home that they have the confidence and comfort to pass on positive words about their experience to friends and family knowing they will be in good hands. She always dreamed of helping people through her career, and when she discovered real estate, she knew she had found her calling. For years she has been able to connect with people from all walks of life, and found the passion to help make dreams of owning a home a reality. She truly has a passion for the work she does, and knows that it will always be fulfilling.
Kim has always felt strongly that she wants to be of service to her community and help people. Growing up, her parents had hoped that one of their kids would go into the medical field. but that was not the path Kim had chosen for herself. After much reflection, Kim found that perfect fit in real estate, a way she could serve the people in her community. Kim's unique combination of passion and commitment to service have made her an incredibly successful real estate agent.
