In March 2021, Rand McCullough established the Randsland Real Estate Group, bringing in Haley Cordova to insure the excellent communication and growth continued moving forward. With this addition, Randsland can comfortably give clients in Washington, Iron, Kane, and Garfield Counties the high quality service that Rand has provided to his clients these past 23 years. Haley Cordova has years of experience in Short-Term-Rentals and lives in Cedar City, so she knows Iron County real estate as well. Sandy Cordova has been a life-long resident of Toquerville so she has a deep understanding of the Hurricane Valley market. All 3 team members are also very familiar with all of Washington County.
Rand has been in sales, marketing & marketing management for over 38 years, the last 23 in Southwestern Utah Real Estate sales & marketing. He has achieved his Principle Broker Accreditation in addition to his CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) honors.
During the month of February 2016, we merged two companies; Fidelity Real Estate St. George and Realtypath-St. George establishing a permanent office in Tonaquint Business Park just off Dixie Drive. Rand is the broker and manager of the St George branch, helping 50+ Realtors provide the highest-quality service possible.
In June of 2014, Rand purchased an 8 yr old real Estate brokerage in St George, Fidelity Real Estate St George and is now the Principle Broker. In 2001 Rand became a partner in the large and successful Coldwell Banker Premier-St George. He was the 2010-2011 President of the Washington County Board of Realtors. Rand knows that no matter what records he may have achieved, he cannot continue to be successful without complete honesty & integrity in all his dealings.
Specialties: I started in Real Estate in St George when we didn't have market niches to fit into, therefore, I am comfortable with all aspects of the real estate industry except heavy commercial and industrial. I do enjoy helping families and businesses to find just the right property for their needs.
