Barry Church is the principal broker of Great Western Realty. Barry started in Real Estate in 1979 as an agent for the Tahoe Donner project in Truckee, California and was in the top 5 of over 100 salesmen of the planned community including a golf course and own ski hill. In 1982 he moved to Cedar City and started Great Western Realty and has now been in business for over 32 years as Cedar Citys oldest Independent Real Estate Company. In 1989 Barry started construction on the Mesa Hills Planned Community and encompasses about 350 acres with over four hundred families living the dream with private parks, trails, and green belts. Barrys experience as both a Real Estate Broker and Developer and long history with the Cedar City area has made him a respected and dependable Agent to take care of your Real Estate needs.
