I am a proud native of Black Mountain, NC. I received my BS in Communication from Appalachian State University, where I met and married my college sweetheart. We feel so fortunate to be able to raise our two children in this beautiful mountain town and amazing community. We are a real estate family; I have supported my husbands commercial real estate career for our entire marriage.Living in this community has made serving in it important to me, and I have been very involved in the local schools. I currently serve as the Black Mountain PTO Staff Appreciation Chair, on the Owen High School Advisory Board, and as a Girls on the Run coach for several seasons. As a family, we love to soak up everything these spectacular mountains have to offer: hiking, camping, snow skiing, or boating on Lake James! We never take for granted living in Western North Carolina. Making this area our home has been a dream come true!
