Dave Wright is a lifelong resident of Chesterfield County, Virginia and is married to his wonderful wife Aimee, and has a 15 year old son. He holds a Masters of Science in Commerce degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He has been a licensed Realtor in the Commonwealth of Virginia for 11 years, following an 18 year banking career. He specializes in Luxury Properties and International real estate sales. Additionally, he is a bank foreclosure listing agent, and as such he has a lot of experience of accurately pricing homes (due to completing many bank Broker Price Opinions) and negotiating with the banks and other agents, as well as working with investors. He still really loves to see a client light up when they get their offer accepted, house listing sold, or get handed the keys! With over 900+ closed transactions since 2007, he has the experience and educational background to make sure that you're home buying experience is a pleasant and profitable one in a home that you'll never forget!
