She is an experienced REALTOR in Residential Sales, New Construction, 1st Time Home Buyers, Investment Properties. Jessica has the following NAR Certifications: E-PRO, MRP - Military Relocation Specialist and is also a VA Certified Loan Agent. She's your trusted adviser, your practiced negotiator, your skilled house hunter and your neighborhood expert.
Jessica found her passion in real estate when she bought her first home at the age of 24. Because she was so intrigued by the process, along with her former work history in sales and business management, she decided to become a REALTOR so she could assist others and help make the American Dream part of her daily activity by helping others buy and sell real estate.
Born and raised in the Richmond Metro area, she has the experience and knowledge necessary to assist buyers and sellers within the entire Central Virginia area. Being from Greater Richmond, she is familiar with the areas and knows how important finding the right location can be when choosing a home. Jessica recently relocated to Sussex County, Virginia, where she can live her dream of raising her 3 children in the country with their farm animals that her children absolutely enjoy and adore. She and her children love spending their free time enjoying the outdoors, swimming and fishing. Jessica is now servicing the majority of the Central Virginia area as well as Southeast Virginia.
