The wife of a retired navy pilot I have been fortunate enough to live in different parts of the world with my family. When it was time to settle down we chose the Eastern Shore of Virginia for its unique coastal living lifestyle and unspoiled and pristine nature This beautiful peninsula is geographically convenient to major metropolitan areas and yet so quiet, safe and rural. When I cross the amazing 17 mile Chesapeake Bridge Tunnel to go shopping in Virginia Beach and Norfolk, I cant wait to leave the congestion and traffic and return home only 30 minutes drive away.
