Hello, my name is John Soffee. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1988. I have been a native of Richmond Va. and surrounding counties (Henrico, Hanover, & Chesterfield) all of my life.

Before becoming a Realtor, I was working with contractors building homes. Once a Realtor, gave me the edge with new construction and being a "Site Agent." It allowed me to speak the language of new homes. I then focused on resale homes.

During my career, I have managed Real Estate offices, and trained agents, while with Century 21. I have also been a Property Manager for an Investor with over 100 homes. This job description entailed showing properties, leasing, collecting, evictions, and court appearances.
