Keri is a Richmond area native and happy to be a Hanover County resident. She began her real estate career in 2011 working at a successful real estate office that primarily managed & sold foreclosed properties. She developed valuable experience in listing and marketing properties, coordinating repairs on distressed properties, and supervising real estate closings. In 2012, Keri transferred her license to Coldwell Banker Dew Realty to put her real estate experience to use by helping clients buy and sell homes in the Richmond area. In 2016, Keri furthered her real estate education by getting her brokers license. For several years, she worked as a buyers agent specialist on an award-winning real estate team, but is now working independently to help both buyers and sellers! Her areas of expertise include investment properties, home renovations (or flips), buyer representation, and first-time home buyers. She has professional certifications from University of Richmond for both interior decorating and home staging, so has assisted multiple flippers with their large scale home renovation projects by selecting flooring, tile, light fixture & other design choices.
