Hey there! My name is Ashley Pentoney (Hovermale). I was born and raised in West Virginia, and have lived in the beautiful small town of Berkeley Springs for over 30 years! I am proud to be a hometown girl!
After graduating from Berkeley Springs High School in 2007, I attended Shepherd University, where I obtained my bachelors degree in Business Administration and graduated in 2011. Within just a couple of months of graduation, I began my career as a Human Resource Administrative Assistant. After working in HR for almost 5 years, I found a job much closer to home, at Rayloc in Hancock, MD working in warehouse operations. In 2021, I received my Real Estate Salesperson License and started my career in real estate with Perry Realty. I have been friends with Teresa for several years, so making the decision to join her team at Perry Realty was truly a no-brainer! Since 2015, my husband has owned and operated Pentoney Brothers Contracting LLC a local excavating and contracting business in the heart of Berkeley Springs. We are both active in the community and are dedicated to providing the best customer experience for all current and future residents of Berkeley Springs and the surrounding areas!
