I am not a traditional realtor who waits on buyers and sellers to call or come in the door on my duty day. Instead for selling I utilize over 200 internet sites with Computer Kiosk in planned locatins in the city with all my listings and any other listings on the MLS FOR SELLING PURPOSES. As for buyers I have another full time position in management and in saying that I don't count on commissions for my livilhood so there fore there is no pressure to buy and I enjoy negioiating the listing price downward since real estate is not my primary income.
All my sellers or buyers we have developed a friendship in accomplishing their needs for a home. Remember my primary profession is Corporate management and I work with people all the time so my people skills have been fine tuned for a stress free transaction for my clients. God Bless JR
