After a 30-year career in Massachusetts residential and commercial sales, leasing and asset management, I moved my family to Vermont in 2017 and applied my expertise to residential real estate sales in Northwest Vermont. My previous focus in the biotech, software and other high-tech sectors had culminated with a stint as a Dana-Farber Cancer Institute real estate manager. With family connections in Burlington and an investment property near Jay Peak, my family and I have since realized our dream of living in Vermont! I now thrive on helping my real estate buyers and sellers evaluate important qualitative factors like amenities, energy efficiency, home technology and commuting patterns along with their quantitative financial considerations. I look at my clients' homes as the most personal and important stage upon which they establish their identities and conduct their lives. I have developed a particular expertise in guiding my clients strategically through the challenge of successfully buying a home in VT while selling their home if they currently own one.
