Ive been in your shoes. I was a home buyer and seller even before I became a Realtor. It is exciting but can also be overwhelming. Where to start? How much can I afford? How do I decide price and value? Why is there so much paperwork? This is where I come in.

You want someone to be there for you during one of the biggest and most exciting financial decisions of your life. You are passionate about finding the right home, but you need some support when it comes to understanding housing markets, financial goals, and contracts and negotiations. You need someone to make your experience buying or selling your home stress-free. If your real estate agent takes every little detail just a little too seriously, thats fine by you. Its not your job to be overwhelmed; its your job to be excited about whats to come.

I have a degree in Economics, and Im a former professional financial advisor, which means I can help match your real estate goals with your financial goals. I also have a masters degree in Urban Planning and Community Development, because knowing what makes communities work helps me find my clients their dream homes. Im happy to be living here in the Portland area, close to family and within a mile of where I grew up. When Im not busy helping clients, Im busy being proud of my son Conor and daughter Emma.
