Tracy was born and raised in Georgia, and combines that gracious southern hospitality with a natural Northwest warmth for her clients.
She has always tried to excel in customer service and sales, both before her career in real estate, and at present. To best protect her clients, she dedicates herself to staying current in the real estate industry trends and education. Over the years she has earned the designation of Managing Broker, and also has worked to earn designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, a Certified Foreclosure Analyst as well as a Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. The level of education acquired in order to use these designations is what helps her assist you as a buyer or a seller to successfully deal with the challenges and opportunities of today's Real Estate market.
Tracy also has been on the Seattle King County Association of Realtors Grievance Committee, which is a body of Realtors who come together to review the real estate Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice when an ethics complaint is registered within the real estate community. She was also honored to be elected as the South Regional Director for the Seattle King County Association of Realtors and served in that position for 3 years.
Tracy lives in the Mount Vernon area with her husband, Owen, who assists her in all things Real Estate! They have three grown children and 5 grandchildren. The family enjoys fishing, crabbing, cooking and playing games together anytime they can get everyone in the same room at the same time!
